Click Funktion blocked Till Ctr+Alt+Del+Esc

Everytime my laptop boots, my mouse lacks the function to click. Windows will highlight my mouse hovering over application but won't let me click anything inside it, on its window or the entire task/search bar. Ctrl+Alt+Del+Esc gives it all back but only works temporarily. Any ideas? Started when I first opened the Minecraft FTB launcher and been an issue since
